Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

Axion is a product access and download service operated by Flux Studios. By using Axion (hereinafter "the Service") to sign in and download a Flux Studios product such as Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• If you are under 18, you may need parental consent depending on your jurisdiction
• We reserve the right to deny service if you do not meet the age requirement

2. Account & Usage Rules

• You must sign in with your own genuine Discord and Roblox accounts; using false, borrowed, or fraudulent identities is prohibited
• You may not use the Service on behalf of another person without explicit authorization
• You may only download products that you actually own
• Attempting to bypass ownership checks, security measures, or the copy-tracking system will result in immediate termination of access

3. Roblox & Discord Disclaimer

• We use your Discord and Roblox User IDs solely to sign you in and verify product ownership
• We do not store or transmit your Discord or Roblox passwords or authentication credentials
• Using the Service does not grant us access to your Roblox or Discord account, inventory, or other private data
• If Roblox or Discord change their APIs or policies, we may need to modify or discontinue the Service
• See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data

4. Data Usage

• We process your Discord and Roblox User IDs to verify ownership and deliver your download
• We embed an anti-piracy copy-tracking token in each download, linked to your account (see Section 6)
• We do not currently store license or purchase records; ownership is verified in real time through a third-party service
• You consent to the storage and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We will not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code
• Create automated tools that scrape, crawl, or mass-request data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spread malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Roblox/Discord terms
• Attempt to resell licenses without authorization
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system

6. Copy Tracking

To prevent unauthorized distribution, each download is fitted with an anti-piracy copy-tracking system:

• Each copy you download contains a unique tracking token that identifies the Discord and Roblox user who downloaded it
• This token is embedded within the product itself and is managed through this Service
• We may remotely disable a token at any time to prevent misuse or unauthorized distribution
• You are not permitted to remove, modify, or bypass the tracking token
• Attempting to circumvent copy tracking is a violation of these terms and will result in your access being revoked

Important: The copy-tracking system ensures copies are used only by the person who downloaded them. Do not share or distribute your copy to others.

7. Copy Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own copy and how it is used:

• If you use Team-Create or otherwise share access to your place with other developers, you are responsible for their actions
• If your copy is distributed without authorization, your access may be revoked — the token traces back to the account that downloaded it
• We will not investigate who distributed the copy; the user the token is tied to is held responsible
• To protect yourself, ensure only trusted team members have access to places where the product is installed

Important: Keep your copy secure. If you suspect unauthorized distribution, contact support so we can disable the affected token.

8. Termination Policy

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause
• Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination
• Repeated abuse may result in a permanent ban from the Service
• Upon termination, copy-tracking tokens associated with your account may be disabled
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting support (some data may be retained for anti-piracy or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy)

9. Refunds & Disputes

• Axion is a download/access service provided on an "as-is" basis; Axion itself does not sell products and does not issue refunds
• Product Refunds: Refunds for product purchases are determined by the platform or vendor you purchased through (e.g. Roblox), not by us. Contact them for their refund policy
• Administrative Error: If your access is revoked due to our error, you may appeal within 14 days by contacting support, and we will restore it if appropriate
• Copy Distribution Violations: Access revoked due to copy distribution or copy responsibility violations (Section 7) is non-appealable

10. Intellectual Property

• The Service and the products it delivers, including all code, design, and documentation, are owned by Flux Studios or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or its products without explicit permission
• Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, and Discord is a trademark of Discord, Inc. We are not affiliated with either
• Your use of Roblox and Discord is subject to their respective terms of service

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
  • Data corruption or service interruptions
  • Third-party service failures (Discord, Roblox, Parcel)
  • Security vulnerabilities or breaches
  • Loss of earnings or business opportunities
  • Loss of access due to copy distribution or copy responsibility violations
• We do not guarantee the Service will be available 24/7 or error-free
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the past 12 months (if any)
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in effect
• These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
• If there is a conflict between these terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs data-related matters

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. By using the Service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of relevant courts for dispute resolution.

Note: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to bring proceedings in your local court, and these terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections.
